We here at BCVoice take very seriously free speech and anonymity of our members. A serious issue was brought to our attention regarding an account that was making pretend to be a local person with a disability. This account both pretended to be this person, and their posts also mocked this person.
The posts pretending to be this special needs individual indicated their sexual attraction to Senator Fred Akshar and Paul Battisti. We also apologize to Mr. Akshar and Mr. Battisti.
