Original Boy's Club in Endicott???

Does anybody remember the old, original Boy's Club in Endicott, right across the street from the Broad Street School???

We lived down the Street at 107 Grant Avenue.   I remember it so well.   The old tennis courts, the carriage where the Bennets and the Reynolds lived

used to live.   And of course, the old mansion with the wood shops  and game rooms underneath the added on old gym!!!

I remember old Slim Sylvester and old Tom, the caretaker who used to have to climb up some dangerous, outside stairs to get to the 3rd floor, where he lived?!

 

I have always wondered whose house that was ????    It was pretty old when we lived there in the 1950's.

Anyone remember it????
