Wrongful termination: Korchak fires hard working, well-performing secretary

Michael Korchak is all over Broome County trying to justify his awful turnover rates by saying he can't find people to work, and the DA's office doesn't pay enough.  Korchak's turnover rate is because of his own incompetence, corruption and lack of ethics, it has nothing to do with salaries.  Many employees have left the DA's office for less money.

Recently Korchak fired a secretary who received high marks on her performance review.  This was after she got into an argument with Korchak Kool-aid drinker and bully secretary Cheryl Grafton.  The good news is the wrongfully terminated secretary is likely suing Korchak.

Cheryl Grafton has made a lot of enemies in recent years after she drank the Korchak Kool-aid.  What will she do for work when Korchak is defeated by Paul Battisti?  She's burned so many bridges she will have a difficult time finding employment.

Good friend of mine left the DA's office over a year ago, and it wasn't for more money.  Couldn't stand Korchak and Mark L.  Said all Korchak does is talk politics and play politics all day, not what a prosecutors office should be focused on.

She was probably fired because she refused to work on his campaign, or she rejected the sexual advances of Mark Loughran.
