Here in Broome County, the Executive Jason Garnar had an affair with a staffer who's salary doubled while Garnar was sleeping with her. Garnar was kicked out of his home, after he came clean to his wife. Worse than the Mayor of Toronto, here in Broome County Jason Garnar used other staff members to help cover up the affair, keeping his victim quiet and moving her out to a job at NYSEG. Experts say there is no such thing as consensual sex, when one of the participants is the employer of the other participant. Garnar preyed on this woman and rewarded her for sex with raises. Then Garnar continued to use his staff to cover this all up. This is one of the worst abuses of tax dollars in Broome County history. Garnar has no morals and should not be in office.
