I haven't driven by the proposed site in a while so I thought I'd check in here for an update. Has ground been broken yet? Has one bale been laid? What's the story... did he decide to grow the grass himself and is he waiting for it to mature before he can start building? Or maybe he just really, really, really likes it in his parent's basement.
