This cannot be possible because the county tax distributed amount is computed by adding the county taxable amounts to veterans and clergy exemptions. Guest Guest Posted February 8, 2008 Report Share Posted February 8, 2008 The tax rate for each municipality is based the equalization rate for each municipality, and it is set by New York State Department of Real Property Taxation and the rate is set yearly.
