As I've stated in a previous post for a couple of "Academics" Paul "Back Taxes" Battisti and his father Francis "Fredo the Clown" Battisti sure are dumb. Paul Battisti couldn't pay his back taxes totaling $90,000 until he was exposed by Korchak during the campaign. All of sudden the money was available to pay those back taxes almost immediately. How does that happen and where did the money come from? Now these two "Geniuses" are stating they want to "Appeal" the Judge's decision denying them a recount of the ballot's. Having been through several serious appeals myself I can tell you it's a very lengthy and EXPENSIVE process! If these two can't pay Paul's back taxes how the hell are they going to pay for a lengthy and expensive appeal? Do they have any idea how bad they look every time they open their mouths? Message to Paul and "Fredo"...GO AWAY...don't be another Hillary Clinton you lost fair and square, more important you lost to a guy who ran on a Libertaran ticket it doesn't get any worse than that in a Republican town. Paul I'm sure your father "Fredo" can get you a job at BCC since he was Francis L. Battisti, Ph.D. Executive VP & Chief Academic Officer of the school. He was able to secure numerous bogus jobs for crooked law enforcement officers in the "Criminal Justice" department. The same crooked law enforcement officers from NYSP Troop C and Broome County Sheriffs dept. that supported you during your campaign run. Just like Hillary Clinton you made BAD decisions throughout your campaign the biggest aligning yourself with Troop C. For a couple of "Academics" you should have been smarter than that. Who does Kirk "Pervert" Martin, current Tioga County DA, think he's fooling? He just sent a letter to the editor of the Owego Penny Saver preaching about "public safety" and "massive new financial burden". He's a classic narcissistic sociopath and THE biggest risk to "Public Safety" of anyone in the Southern Tier. Kirk Martin has been caught sexually assaulting young women pressuring them for sex in order to throw out their tickets and fines, soliciting prostitutes, and CRASHING his car DRUNK, 3 TIMES, in the very community he's supposed to protect. He then gets caught lying about all these incidents. He's now under investigation for allegedly having an affair with his personal secretary Carola Kavolovsky.
