They should have just fixed the road to begin with last summer and they wouldn't have to waste money on patching it twice in less than 30 days!! Do you know how much it costs to reconstruct a road compared to cold patching it twice in a month??....didn't think so...it would cost considerably more to reconstruct it than it does to cold patch it twice.
