Guest Guest
All we can hope for is to plan to come up with a plan to have plan. We need change. We need to bring people together.
Guest Guest
It should be torn down and a few benches thrown in with low light for optimal drug dealing. If the gangs have enough spots to sell their wares, then we can avoid truf wars and dangerous shoot outs.

Declined to provide specifics! When has he EVER provided specifics? Let's "Restore the Pride" and "Bring People Together" for "Change".... "There's been some substantial interest in that corner," Ryan said" You bet crack dealerrs are shooting each other for the turf while working girls are ready to stake it out... Who is Ryan kidding! "There is no timetable for the demolition work to begin," Boy, there's a shocker! http://www.pressconnects.com/apps/pbcs.dll...EWS01/803130369 We have some possible news on the demolition timetable. After consulting with City of Binghamton Small Business Coordinator Barb Daly, Matt Ryan has decided that the O'Neil/Ross Building will come down when the Moon is in the Seventh House And Jupiter aligns with Mars and peace guides the planets And love steers the stars.... However in a counter move Binghamton Citizen Action City Council has motioned that the building's name be changed to the Bucci-Ryan Building and that it remain cordonned off and standing forever (or until it crumbles to the ground, which might be next week) as a tribute to petty vindictiveness, inaction, gross mismanagement and sheer incompetence. Guest Guest
Not that we can count on this as being correct, but WBNG said tonight the demolition of the remaining half of the O'Neil/Ross Building (which should be renamed the Bucci-Ryan Momument) will be $300,000 (three-hundred thousand) of Restore NY dollars. When Gorick and the former owners from Brooklyn knocked down the other half the cost was about $170,000. Taxpayers are paying almost twice as much. Can we get the NAME of the person that determined half of that fiasco should have stayed up? Please give us a name. Who is responsible for that $300,000 mistake? Ed Arzouian
So who made the $300,000 bad call? Was it Dessauer or an engineer from DPW that is doing Luke Day's work?
