They have recently been making improvments to their units in Park Manor. They are making a mess of my place. First they painted and painted all over everything. Recently they put new lights in and left a mess all over the hallways. i guess if it is their's, they can do whatever they want with it. if you don't like it, leave. i would think that you would be happy they are doing something to improve the lives of people living in that slum along with carriage house. He has been saying for months that he is supposed to get new carpet and improvements, but everytime I go over there it still has the same flooring as it did when it was built.
