Interesting for what it is worth. The New England Historic Genealogical Society (NEHGS) in Boston traced the family trees of the 3 candidates. Obama is related to 6 US presidents as distant cousins, including George W. Bush, his father, Gerald R.Ford, Lyndon B. Johnson, Harry S. Truman and James Madison. Also, Sir Winston Churchill and Brad Pitt. Clinton is related to Angelina Jolie, Madonna, Celine Dion, Alanis Morissette, author Jack Kerouac, Camilla Parker-Bowles, wife of Prince Charles. John McCain is the sixth cousin of Laura Bush. They had a hard time trying to trace McCain's ancestry, but said his ancestry is almost entirely southern.
