Guest Guest
The so called Bush prosperity was built on the housing bubble, credit creation. McCain has the following to say about Social Security Reform Social Security: John McCain will fight to save the future of Social Security and believes that we may meet our obligations to the retirees of today and the future without raising taxes. John McCain supports supplementing the current Social Security system with personal accounts -- but not as a substitute for addressing benefit promises that cannot be kept. John McCain will reach across the aisle, but if the Democrats do not act, he will. No problem is in more need of honesty than the looming financial challenges of entitlement programs. Americans have the right to know the truth and John McCain will not leave office without fixing the problems that threatens our future prosperity and power. In other words, a rehash of bush plans to tie your retirement to the stock market and nothing more. Notice that McCain calls for reform but offers nothing by actually giving less money to Social Security. More of the Voo Doo economics that the Republicans do. What has Obama ever done to "reach across the aisle"? Any examples of bipartisan cooperation?

tom
This is the close minded thinking that hurts the nation...the propaganda has got to you.. McCain is too old old and doesn't know what he's doing..Bush not hillary lies more..giving the rich tax breaks never helps..they pocket the money and send jobs overseas..give it to the middle class they'll send it into the economy bcause they have no choice I'm not rich and I get 4 times as much back in my fed than I did during Clinton. So stop lying and say the tax cuts were just for the rich and in fact, the tax cut also spurred the economy. And you, you ignorant moron, unless you leech off the taxpayers, are getting more of your hard earned money back also, but then, you lie and will not admit it! Guest Guest
An interesting bit of information: "Colombia's president sharply criticized U.S. presidential contender Barack Obama on Wednesday for opposing a trade deal with his country, calling the Democrat out of touch with the realities of the South American nation." I thought he was going to restore our reputation abroad??????? and bush not talking at all has done alot?
Guest Guest
So Tom, how much has your income increased, Mickey D must be paying more. A good thing because the Bush inflation has made the dollar worth less than it was when he began. McCain seems to offer nothing to stop the inflation, then again, economics is not his strong suit. Just gotta vote for the guy who cheated on his injured wife. Of course that was thirty years ago when he was only in his forties.

Thanks to the Bush tax cuts I pay just about nothing in FIT. And I am lower middle class. When some moron starts spewing DNC talking points about only the rich getting tax cuts, I can instantly dismiss them as being ignorant (or a liar). Guest Guest
Obama is for the future, because the future is ahead of us, and is not the past, which is behind us. The future is tomorrow, tomorrow the sun will rise, today we live for tomorrow, and the past is just so yesterday. What the DELETED DID HE SAY???????
