I also pray that McCain gets elected, and has an adequate VP, who will take over when his ticker gives out. When Iraq starts going south, I want the sitting Rep. The democrats want to regulate and tax everything and anything they can while the republicans couldn't give two craps about the middle class, only the wealthy. Am I missing something here? Why would you support George W. Bush when the war he waged is costing us a few trillion dollars? That eventually trickles down to us when states start losing federal funding, then local governments lose funding from the states they exist in, and eventually it trickles all the way down to individuals. You do not get to be a politician with any sort of power in this country unless you cater to special interest groups. My mantra for years has been, anyone that has risen to that level of politics has done so through being crooked in some way, shape, or form. I think this has been rather evident in the last 20 years by who we've elected and the scandals and contempt that have shadowed the oval office.
