I apologize for the lack of info in my first post. We believe it was in Binghamton, that a ramp to 17 or 81 was closed by Binghamton police. Does that help? I should've checked Pressconnects first. We thought it had just happened, since the ambulance were just taking the passengers at about 4:15 or so. Thanks!
