Guest Guest
JC is definatley a program to watch over the years. Their coach is building a great youth program and the players are buying into his style. Give it some time.

Guest Guest
No, JC was the best in summer league. CV brought down 11th graders and 12th graders to the JV championship game. Even the coach couldn't deny it when he was confronted. They had a roster of 18 but during the finals they mysteriously had 28 on the sidelines. There both building good programs, are they there yet, No, noones saying that. take it easy with the negativity. sorry to disappoint you, but please get your facts straight. My son played for CV and have a picture of the championship team, where there was 22 players that did play threw out the whole summer, but because of vacations, camps and other things were not at every game. Another fact not one 11th or 12th grader on that team that day. Our team consisted of incoming 8th, 9th, and 10th graders. Im not saying we are going to be the best this year, but if you are going to say crap about us at least tell the truth. A picture says a thousand words whats your proof? OMG get over yourself we did not have other guys on our team, now for the winter lacrosse we had older boys but that was a varsity league we played in. There both building good programs, are they there yet, No, noones saying that. take it easy with the negativity. Please get your facts straight, Honor the game and be a good sport! -JC wins the semi-finals by forfeit due to conflict with opposing teams roster (NOT THE CV TEAM OR GAME). -Roster check required for championship contest both before and after game. BC Lax director is at game and checks both teams. All players for both teams are legal. -CV wins championship, beats JC. It was a great lacrosse game played by both teams. JC and CV have come a long way this year. -CV beats JC and Corning East for 2007 BC Lacrosse Fall tournament. Corning East coach congratulates CV for the win. All legal players again for both teams. Give CV and JC a little credit for practicing all year and trying to build new programs. We at CV don’t have to cheat to win a game, but we play to win. Please get your facts straight and be a good sport! Good luck this season.

Guest The Game
CV/CF trivia: Name any 10 players who have played for BOTH Chenango Valley and Chenango Forks varsity sports(any) since 1975. Special bonus if you get the 2 ancient players from the 1960's who played for North High School, then both transferred to the Chenango area, one to the Forks and one to the Valley. Guest Guest
Is your Varsity coach involved with your youth program ? I am assuming that you are referring to JC' youth program but assuming you are - yes the varisity coach does have some involvement in the youth program. He is not the coach but does assist the coaches in the youth program and does offer open gyms in the winter to the youth teams as well along with summer camps plus his son is in the youth program. This is great as he is assisting on improving the program and thus having strong lax players at the modified and high school levels.

Guest LAX
CV lax may have a nice team and nice players but if you SERIOUSLY think a CV team has a shot at winning the State Championship out of Section 4 you should do a little research and read other sites on the teams in Section 3 and Long Island. There is no way it is going to happen. I wish you luck and hope you have a great season but you will have your work to do and there is an entire World outside Section 4 and BCVoice. Check out syracuse..com and their Lax forums. Reality check.
