It should be standard practice. Every time I suggest a practical solution, I get a partisan response. You are deceiving yourself if you think that red tape is a thing of the past. Presidents come and go...the bureaucracy lives on. It's like stirring mud, or as I call it, being there, trying to push a wet noodle up hill with your nose with your hands tied behind your back. Trump can execute Executive Orders all day long, and Tweet his butt off.. until Congress gets their $h1t together it doesn't matter. I'm not a partisan, I'm a Patriot.
