Mayor Jared Kram screw’s residents,shoppers and SUNY Student’s by parking tickets.

Mayor Jared Kram  has pulled out the rug out from under everyone in the City of Binghamton by ordering  parking tickets during the Christmas Holiday to Shoppers after 4 pm and  SUNY Students and on weekends who frequently support businesses downtown. If the City is so desperate for money to impose the writing of  parking tickets after 4 and all night then what happened to the 46 Million Dollars the City Received. I think a FFI is in order to find out what happened to the money??? Will our Taxes  and  Water Bills get lowered by this influx of money???!!!! Don’t hold your breath!!!
