Broome County DemocRATS: Sneaky Mary Kaminsky & Whining Losers Lori & Matt Wahila

The Broome County Legislature recently approved new maps for the 2024 election cycle.  The new maps were approved 10-5, with all five Democrats voting no. The Democrats argued that 600+ convicts, in prisons across the state, need to be counted at their former addresses.  These convicts can't vote here and are no longer registered, but the Democrats demanded they be counted.

Even more alarming are a set of maps drawn up by Sneaky Mary Kaminsky, who represents north, east and downtown Binghamton.  Minutes before the legislature was to vote, Kaminsky presented her maps, which were very poorly made, and didn't even include street names.  Kaminsky hoped no one would notice her maps moved Endwell Legislator Jason Shaw into the same district as west side of Binghamton Legislator Suzy Ryan. Shaw's Endwell district and Ryan's west side district couldn't be more different.  The benefit to Democrats?  This would create a new "open" district, without a current incumbent legislator, where Democrat perennial candidates Lori and Matt Wahlia live.  The Wahila's have run for office many times and never won.  If the public wanted a Wahila in office, there have been plenty of opportunities to elect mom or son.  

The scheme cooked up by Kaminsky and the Wahila's didn't work, as their maps were voted down.  Shame on Mary Kaminsky and Lori and Matt Wahila for trying to create new districts for candidates the public has rejected time and time again.

That's how the Dems do it, cheat and steal to get their candidates in office.  

I read something interesting in a news article about the new districts.  The Democrats were complaining they had only a month to review the new maps before voting Thursday night.  A month wasn't enough time? But Mary Kaminsky can bring in her own set of maps, just before the meeting, and expect that is enough time to reviews all the districts and vote?

Typical Democrat BS and double standards.  A month wasn't enough time to review the Republican proposed maps.  But a few minutes was enough time to review and vote on Mary Kaminsky's Democrat maps?

Seems that is the only way they can win.

If only they cared about the taxpayers of Broome County as much as they care about convicted felons and trying to gerrymander Districts to try and steal power for their perennial failed retread candidates...................The Wahila "Couple"! (Is it true they actually live together??)
