Guthrie offering $50k for nurses to join Lourdes

$50,000 bonus for new, experienced nurses who will work in one of four targeted clinical areas: the ER, OR, labor and delivery and med surge. 

The $50,000 bonuses, which are available for the next 90 days, will be paid out in stages, $25,000 upfront, then $10,000 in year one, $10,000 in year two and the final $5,000 in year three.

Experienced nurses working in other direct care positions will receive a $25,000 bonus.

Guthrie is also offering a referral bonus of $20,000 dollars for Lourdes and other Guthrie employees who refer new hires.
