thomas Posted February 18 Report Share Posted February 18 Scanning Legal Notices in The Country Courier, Feb 16 edition, and $2,000,000.00 caught my eye. Trying to interpret the lengthy notice it seems Robert J. Mateyovic is deceased, has no heirs, and there's a court date on March 22 at BC Court House to judicially settle the estate. $2,000,000 plus Fidelity RMD and Vanguard IRA. If there's a will would this court date be required? Seems unusual for an estate this size and no heirs. Not a legal expert so if I'm in error please correct.
