How can this have no credibility when it is all true?

The Regency deal has been on hold for 110 days. The sale cotnrtact was signed Dec. 27, 2008.

The Wifi will cost $48,600 per year for two years.

The O'Neil Building demoliton we find out today wil not cost $300,000 as originally stated by Mathew T. Ryan but it will cost $417,700.

Business taxes have risen 15% in two year.

Water rates have gone from $1.85 Feb. 2007to $1.9. to $2.10 and will go to $2.99 August 2009, 67% increase.

These are all FACTS so by defintion they are credible.

Why do you lie?

So you do not believe The Regency Hotel deal has been hold for 110 days?

You do not believe the municipal wifi will cost $98,000 and about $70,000 of that will be lost by the City of Bignhamton?

You do not believe that nothing has happenned on the Southside Commons Project?

You do not believe that taxpayers will have to cover the $300,000 cost of demolishing the O'Neil Building becuase Matthew T. Ryan allowed the former owner to knock down only half?

Youy do not believe busiensses taxes have risen 15% in two years?

You do not believe Binghamton residents are being asked to swallow a 67% water rate increase in two and a half years?

ALL THOSE THINGS ARE TRUE AND VERIFIABLE, HOW CAN YOU NOT BELIEVE THEM????? ARE YOU DELUSIONAL?

And yet you question his credibility?

Are you mentally ill or logically-challenged? You are making a fool of yourself.

I am not questioning his credibility - I am saying he has none, there is no question about it.

Another week without a sale...

How much are we losing each and every day Matthew T. Ryan and Tarik Abdelazim and the Citizen Action City Council do nothing and hold a hotel for Nexus at the same price when they cannot afford to buy it?

So, Tarik, how long do you intend to hold the place for Nexus at the same price? Another month? Six? A few more years?

How long will you ignore a better offer?
