That's right newly elected Lea Webb is being considered to take over in City Hall the Human Resources and Saftey Position of Dave Watkins, who is retiring in March. Yes, they to find someone with the correct size DELETED for the large chair that Webb uses so they didn't have to spend taxpayer's money to buy a new one. I voted and supported her, and I would do so all over again, and if she is offered a job in city hall...great, lets find another new face for city council, so we can keep good things moving in the city! Blacks have a way of thinking they now have the power that is due them because of their skin color, not their ethic's ( something most of them lack in high degree ). Even the lowest scum black on the street corner now feels they have this almighty power because a black got elected by the pushing of low class people who do not have the first insight of how a government works (but then to I guess they don't need to know anything but where the welfare line is - do they ). A woman is the same way. Give em a little power and they think they can do no harm and are the best thing to every hit this earth. Young or old, tall or short, skinny or FAT, their all the same -- their heads swell to 5 times its normal size with the ego to match. Combine a black and woman, now you've set up the worse thing that could ever happen. If it were not for the BS that Lea Webb tossed at her fellow blacks and the lower income people, then providing transportation to and from the polling places, she would have never been elected. She DID NOT get elected because of ETHICS because she has none. Her ETHICS are all in one basket filled with non truths, lies and shopping at Eureka on Conklin Road for new clothes (of course they are special made). The Citizens Action Council is nothing but a group of BS'rs that have no work ethic's at all, little alone any pre-thought on how to fix things to make the area a better place to live. Point and case with the North Side grocery Store Issue, something that has been ""TALKED"" about for over 10 years, with nothing in progress (well they did provide a couple Farmers Markets that had nothing but 2 week old rotten veg's and higher the high prices). Go Figure ! Oh well, Everyone allowed this to happen because they listened with their other face and not their brain (but guess they both must be located in the same place). Now everyone in her district has to live with the BS ... At least Pat Russo had it on the right track, one street, one area at a time. Wipe crime out, area by area, moving from one spot to another. Lea Webb's idea is to let it go, their my black and lower income friends, they do no harm. Let the gangs get more members, let them take over and rule, at least then we can cut back on the police departments and put more money in her pocket. Your right, I can not stand her or the C.A.C. as they are nothing but a bunch of thrill takers with ego's twice the size of all of Binghamton. Lea does and thinks what Mary Clark at Citizen Action tells her to do and think. Otherwise Lea Webb, and her friends, might realize that Mary Clark has done nothing for them except to exploit them and use their votes. Poverty Queen Mary Clark, tosses them a tidbit every now and then as you would dogs in scrap yard. Every now and then Mary threatens to let the dogs off their chains and she gets her way. The lives of the dogs never changes. If Mary Clark and Matt Ran assisted the people of the North Side in forming a Community Development Corporation they could have their grocery. But then those people would be self-sufficient and they would not need Mary Clark and Citizen Action. Mary can't have that. At some point those people might even start to pay taxes and when they realize Ryan has raised taxes by 15% in two years they might start to be cocerned about it. The democratic party will then recommend a replacement. The name of the recommendation goes to city council for approval. A special election is then held in November. Actually, the Democratic Committee members would choose a replacement to serve the remainder of 2008 from the 4th district.
