I wil be more specific-The legals post: Notice of Formation of Books on the River LLC at 5 Court st Binghamton. FYI, The Adult Outlet is @ 483 Court St. It would be nice if we weren't all on the negative side here........Some of us do read! And we can use the city's Wi-Fi!! He owns the one on Upper Court St. and the one in Endicott. He used to have one on Washington St. A fire broke out in the adjacent building and his got damaged, too. The city didn't want him downtown so they condemned the building. The last I knew he had a lawsuit pending.
