It has a little boy in the middle with a demon shadow coming from behind. The demons hands pose as the little boys wings so it looks as if the demon is choking him. That is surrounded by a bio-mechanical H.R.Giger feel. My second is a half sleeve of gargoyles I got from a children's book. That goes from my armpit to my elbow. They weren't that bad considering if you stick with one artist, they will always give you a discount every new one you get.
