pointrider
anybody else get caught in that squall this afternoon? i was felling some trees, clearing land and getting some firewood for next year. went back to the wheeler to refuel the saw and noticed some dark clouds. before i could finish packing the wood wagon it was on me; i couldn't see at all. i started out the logging road and had to stop cause i literally couldn't navigate. luckily i was less than 500 yards in the woods so i was able to walk out by following the ditch along the logging road. had to go back later to get the 4 wheeler & trailer. i geuss i've never experienced a real white out, talk about snow blind! Brighteyes
Yes, I was on my way home from work. That wind was something else. There were brush and small branches blowing across 17 in front of me. You could really feel the crosswind on your car. Not fun. Hate this cold. Can't wait for Spring.
