Guest BCV #1 Reporter
On a tip from a concerned City Resident at 11:30 AM today Binghamton Police swarmed local Registered Sex Offender residence and removed a small male child from the grasps of this man. Binghamton City Sex Offender William H. Edwards 74, of 29 Amsbry St. Binghamton was witnessed leading a small male child into his residence. A concerned citizen contacted the City Police and the Binghamton Police swarmed the house and removed the small child. Another prime example of the ever increasing problems that the City has with Convicted Sex Offenders living among us.

Guest Guest
Please don't stigmatize this poor man. Mayor Matt doesn't like that. Besides, our sex offenders are special. They never re-offend and are not a threat to anyone.

Somehow that was supposed to make it a little more ok.
Guest Guest
Check out the registry for Endicott. All the pervs live @: 1 Deleware Ave Washington Ave Roosevelt Ave or North Street. The only solution is to put these people to death. Problem solved.
