Stephen Donnelly moving out of Binghamton office space, claims "workforce is no longer local".

Here we go again.  Stephen Donnelly can't afford his Binghamton office space anymore.  He claims it's because his workforce is no longer local. Anyone with half a brain knows Donnelly is a scammer and a fraudster, his remaining business "Stephen Donnelly & Associates" is essentially out of business.  Donnelly did have some clients back in the day, but he lost them due to his incompetence, terrible behavior and lies.

The internet is full of reviews from former employees and former clients, they all say the same thing.  Donnelly is a fraud.

Glassdoor put out an advisory on their website when you go under his company reviews and glassdoor states all positive reviews are fake. Over the past two weeks his marketing company on Google has been getting a flood of negative reviews and he responds to each one review that has nothing but a one star and Donnelly claims “that’s defamation” which is not. It should be noted that based on his public record he has never sued anyone for defamation.

His negative reviews have gotten so bad on Google under his marketing company that he has disabled his marketing company from coming up on Google where you can leave reviews. He then went on to leave a bad review under a local radio station and claimed they were the result of his construction company going out of business, “atlas James” . So of course it’s never his fault lol.
 

Then he started a Google account under his infants name to leave a positive review on his own page as well as his new soon to be mother in law Andrea.

His tax accountant sued him and his fiancé Jen Ferguson two weeks ago and it should be noted in that lawsuit it disclosed that Donnelly started a construction company prior to Atlas James called “DR construction/Air-Tek”, where guess what he went bankrupt within a year.

That tax lawsuit was filed a week after Donnelly was hit with a class action lawsuit out of Chenango county with 8 plaintiffs.

So much for deciding to open up atlas James construction right after where all he did was appear to take out loans and withhold customers deposits without doing any work to then file bankruptcy, sounds like a vehicle to defraud to me.

It should be noted that donnnelly is currently being sued and named as a defendant in 10-12 separate lawsuits.

also it was reported that Adam W. Took his marketing business from Donnelly and gave it to another media company. That must hurt. Also I heard Adam started a marketing company called “Loo Key” out of New York City and Donnelly is not a part of it either
