If you have to ask ..."What is Article 35", you definitely don't even deserve one! HINT: You can find Article 35 in a Penal Law Book I think everyone that applies for a Pistol Permit of any type, that you should have to take the Article 35 class before you get the permit. I guess I would not want a Judge on the bench that would wantonly hand out permits to anyone, and, thank you, I already KNOW what Article 35 and its subdivisions contain - and I never said I planned to apply for a permit to carry, but I will say that if I were in the situation, I would not hesitate to protect myself or someone else in my home against someone attempting harm. If I were traveling from target practice and came upon a situation, would I get my handgun out of its little locked case from my trunk, I don't know, would you????
