dingbat
hehehe 2pelo! Looks like I let my dingbat show! I only read the ingredients to your recipe, not the how-to. You're probably right, but it might work with a quick trip under the broiler.
Hockey Fan
Love cooking! Both my husband and I cook every night for us and the kids. We usually only go out once or twice a week. We always sit down and have dinner together too. My husband didn't have that growing up so he's making sure that our kids do. Right now they aren't very busy with their sports but I'm sure that'll change as they get older. They are still little! We cherish our dinners at home together. It is very important to us! bloodthirst
It may not be very popular with men, but I enjoy cooking. Even the prep work doesn't bother me (except working with raw chicken). Most recently I made a big pot of spaghetti and meatballs which turned out rather well.
Grandma Caprio
I have a pot of meatball soup on the stove as I type. One of my favorite dishes to serve for company is angel hair pasta with broccoli rabe and shrimp.
dingbat
Bloodthirst, my husband is a great cook. I think most women think it's sexy if a man can cook. Sounds yummy Grandma! Hockeyfan, I feel the same way.
2pelo Honey
Agreed, DB!!! I know alot of men that are great cooks, and think it is a fabulous talent!!! Also wanted to mention to BE's that I learned to cook by experience, trial and error, AND reading cookbooks and cooking magazines...that really helped me store a huge amount of knowledge away that I didn't even realize until I could pull it out and utilize it. And that was long before we had the Food Network available!!!
Guest Guest
The only thing I'm allowed to make is homemade mac & cheese, scalloped potatoes w/ham and lasagna because I can make those really well. Otherwise, I'm not even allowed to make the coffee....he says my cooking is terrible!
