Or go back to the real issues: The waste and mismanagement everywhere: 81% water rate increase, $750,000 bond to bring down the O'Neil Building, $200,000 in costs overruns to be paid by the city, the downtown core hurting after months of street closures, The Regency losing over one-quarter of a million dollars in the first quarter of the year, wifi costing $98,000 for 16 locations. Giving Desauer a $600 a year raise when he doesn't evne work a full week here and all the rest of the lunacy we have come to expect from Mayor Mathew T.
