FYI, when a policeman stops you and says, "I won't arrest you for DWI if you have sex with me." it is not consentual. They are using their "power of office" to obtain a benefit PERIOD! Not that it makes it any better, but was it a one-time deal, or did this happen more than once (more than one person)? This is a complete shock if it's true, he seems like such a great guy. If there is any truth to that kind of allegation, he should be charged with rape, not just fired! People will make up all kinds of lies to get out of a ticket - "I wasn't speeding"... "I only had 1 beer"... "It wasn't me"... It seems possible for someone to make up that kind of story to get out of something serious like a DWI.
