Population is concentrated here compared to the rest of Broome. C'mon, you can do better than that. Let's try this: City-data.com crime index (higher means more crime, U.S. average = 323.2) 2003 - 302.9 2004 - 299.9 2005 - 309.7 2006 - 353.4 Crime was going down in Binghamton with Bucci and Chief John Butler. After Ryan's first full year it skyrocketed back up. Cause and effect. One DELETED like Ryan attracts more. Deny it if you like people know what is going on....
