Broome sheriff's deputies begin countdown until Sheriff Akshar's term begins

This tells you all you need to know about how the Broome County sheriff's deputies feel about the election for sheriff.  Dave Harder has done such a horrible management job, and Harder and Kate Newcomb have been so abusive to the deputies, they are literally counting down the seconds until Harder is gone. 

The countdown clock is proudly displayed inside the locker room at the sheriff's office.

Kate Newcomb is using a picture of herself that looks 10+ years old.  It also looks airbrushed.  If you've seen her around lately, she's gained about 50 pounds, her hairline has receded, and she's wrinkly like a prune.

If I could place a bet I would say once Fred wins Kate will be retiring
