Emily Jablon with an actual lawsuit but it's not against all of those Politicans she claimed she was suing but a previous lawyer who represented her for her various felony Misdemeanor charges and yet Jablon claims they did nothing? Lol after BcVoice broke the news last week that Emily was hit with a Civil Judgement for not paying a measly $250 fine  now she wants monies back from an attorney? Lol fact checker was right and he/she made it known a previous loawyer walked away from the case after she was calling or threatened this attorneys wife.
All this time she ranted how she had the best lawyers money can buy lol.

The legal disclaimer in the retainer Miss. Jablon signed prior to hiring this law firm will backfire on this case but I am sure the legal council for Miss. Jablon is unaware of the "facts" lol

This is the same person that creepy John Solak went all in on promoting her lies and slander. Solak directly tied his reputation to hers and whatever shred of credibility he had was left has gone up in flames.

This lawsuit is going to backfire badly. I have the tweets of Emily talking about the lawyer and his family (Mr. Riebling I have copies I’d you’d like to contact me via PM here on the voice)

I also believe that the harassment the Lawyers wife endured at the hands of Emily was just another repeated cycle that can be traced throughout Broome county and beyond. Starting from Rich David, his family, Scott Baker, His family, Colleen Wagner, her family, Emily’s ex-bf who tried to commit suicide from all the harassment he endured and his family. The list is just too long. My guess would be that they will bring in her most recent love interest Mr.DiOrio as a character witness to validate how obsessive and manipulative Ms. Jablon-Heard is.

I have heard rumors from medical staffers that he was poking around trying to get assisted living. As you broke the news when it happened Emily did not show up to a court case with this attorney that was representing her and she left him in the complete dark. Everything is crumbling down in this case on her and this is going to backfire to the point where Emily Jablon may be hit with another judgment.

Meritless indeed. From what I was told this morning Ms. Heard-Jablons obsessive childish character flaws might be subpoenaed in court. Mr DiOrio is being subjected to hundreds of calls, stalking, harassment, threats and threats of extortion because he is rejecting Ms. Heard-Jablons request for reconciliation. Seeing a scary pattern of her not handling rejection from a man and going off the deep end. 
 

Mr. DiOrio has unfriended Ms. Heard-Jablon and changed his relationship status to single on Facebook and she has been “liking” and “commenting” under his posts. He posts public due to his followers page. He is a nice, adventurous kid from what I know of him. Very likable and kind person. The wrath of Emily is striking again.

Yes I've seen where they are no longer friends on FB but what's interesting is Emily has not posted about this like she usually does about her nonexistent lawsuits. 
if I remember correctly Jablon dropped Ron B to give her time from taking a plea deal she eventually took claiming Ron sexually assaulted her and she convinced her parents to hire the attorney she is suing. 
why her parents ever listened to her is their fault forking over more and more money to inevitably get convicted

This is spot on and hilarious because Mr. Diorio just responded to someone on his Facebook page about how he is not dating Jablon anymore. Funny how short lived that was right. 
 

on the other hand Ron Benjamin will get nowhere with this case as his client Emily will be the worst person to be deposed, she will have 10 different stories to talk about

The plaintiffs (Jablon) has not even served the respondent in this case and the case was filed almost over 30 days now. 

Jablon and her attorney probably know this is going nowhere lol. 
 

There is no Affidavit of Service filed anywhere in her case and yet she posts Bcvoice comments on Twitter claiming to be a "Fact checker" lol.

This appears to be a dead case, no affidavit of service filed meaning the respondent was NOT SERVED and there has been zero action on this case due to nothing being filed other than the complaint and it's been over 30 calendar days. This is all for show as usual lol
