Zip the Pinhead
After the election of Vestal Councilman Stephen Donnelly, Visions CEO Ty Muse's face is covered in egg. Muse was a strong supporter and financial donor to Donnelly's campaign. Muse is the CEO is Visions, a financial institution, and his candidate Donnelly has declared business bankruptcy, and is facing over a million dollars in lawsuits. If this is the kind of discretion Muse uses, he is not the right person to lead Visions Credit Union. He must make a public apology so we can again have faith in his leadership. vestalguest
Even before all of the recent Atlas James fraud, there was a lot out there about Donnelly, like his physical altercation with Jen Ferguson at Tioga Downs, his DWI where he accused Vestal PD of racism, and cheating his marketing clients out of money without performing services. It does make me wonder why a "community leader" like Tyrone Muse of Visions would support such a scumbag.

Bingking
Donnelly posted a Halloween party with Ty muse and Ty muse has horrible credibility after that. Donnelly has been named in 12 lawsuits where he is named the defendant, currently has a $14k judgement against him personally from direnzo contraction and now his landlord where Donnelly didn’t oppose the $305k judgment that local Binghamton attorney Alan pope filed with the court for a judges signature. Ty muse needs to have a talk with Alan pope to hear what Donnelly is up to since Pope is representing many litigants against Donnelly. donnelly’s tax accountant sued him and Jen for $144k and also a class action lawsuit is out there in Chenango county against Donnelly. when will DA Battisti go after Donnelly as I have heard of many complaints have been filed with Paul’s office.
