Guest Guest
yeah you're right, because of her past character issues the blunt force trauma to her head resulting in her death wasn't real. Especially the fact that it happened somewhere other than where she was found. You cannot kill yourself then move to another location, what part of this don't you understand. She was killed. You cannot blame the victim for her being murdered, there is always an option not to murder someone, Frank should have taken that option. And while you are speaking about what the victim was really like, why don't you enlighten us to what Frank was really like? He was a women beater, he was beating his girlfriends all the way back in highschool. Everyone knows it, many of the people he went to school with SAW it. I know I did. Ask his ex-wife what he was like. He's no angel and has a violent history against women (and men). It should shock no one that he's involved in this. Technically, the defense could say that she sustained the head trauma somewhere else, got home (either alone or with someone else's help) and then collapsed and died. So the fact that she was hit somewhere else isn't much evidence in favor of conviction. His violent past certainly is Strikes One and Two against him and should certainly be allowed as evidence. If they get 2 or 3 women to get on the stand and testify he beat them, he's as good as gone.

His daughter was allegedly taken away from him because of the beatings he put his ex wife thru. He had been advised not to drink due to his "Rage" issues escalating under the influence, but he drank anyway, now a beautiful young girl is dead. I hope he gets life. A history of violence, with each girlfriend a differant order of protection, if his family and friends truly cared they should have got him the help for his issues as a child/teen

Guest Guest
The prosecutor has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he did it. Just because you THINK he did it, doesn't mean there is proof he did it. That's our justice system. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. It will be in the hands of the jury. It will be interesting what actual evidence there is. Every victim deserves justice. However, our system would rather let 100 guys go rather than put one innocent man in jail. Are you saying it is worth it to put one innocent man in jail to put 100 guilty men in jail? Frank Rogers is a scumbag and I hope he is convicted. I just want your take on what you just said. They are more to blame for her death than any one else! @ No. The only one to blame for her death is the multiple woman-beating, miserable excuse for a human being, low-life piece of trash who beat her until she was bleeding on her brain, and then left her to die instead of owning up to his disgusting crime and getting her the help she desperately needed.
