We know he got kicked out of Canada and is a spooge boy for the Kradjians.

We also know he is a convicted felon.

A 40-year-old man was arrested at his home in Saint-Anicet last night on

allegations that he had harassed journalists at several media outlets,

including The Gazette, CNN and the Globe and Mail.

Ed A rzouian faces charges of mischief and criminal harassment, as well as

possession of illicit drugs and a loaded <firearm>, said Det.-Sgt. Vincent

Rozon of the Montreal police. "It's a new crime but we intend to prosecute

people for disturbing computer systems and E-mail harassment - sending 500

E-mails to the same person," Rozon said.

A rzouian is to appear at the Montreal courthouse this afternoon.

derp erggh...term limits.. derpy derp.

Clinging desperately to one "accomplishment" from 20 years ago because it's the only thing he's got.

An accomplishment that changed the law in Binghamton, changed the way government works in Binghamton, the way political parties must operate in Binghamton, and by making the incumbent -free mayoral elections in 2005 and this year possible, changed history there.

Name a comparable accomplishment of yours.

Again.....

Moments of lucidity

Why do people with mental illness have good days and bad ones?

It's true, everyone has good days and bad. But new research is explaining why people with conditions such as schizophrenia, traumatic brain injury, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and dementia may have more extreme inconsistencies. The explanation is rooted in the fact that all these disorders are linked to damage in the frontal lobe. Psychologists are discovering what Halpern already knows intuitively: Wide swings in thought and perception may foreshadow worsening symptoms or even a psychotic episode.

Sorry, not convincing. Not even close. The term limits case also went before New York's second highest court, and a panel of five justices upheld the lower court's ruling in favor of term limits. How were such people fooled by a mentally disordered individual, especially over seasoned and "serious", real attorneys opposing term limits? It does not seem possible.

The simplest and most likely explanation is that your description is deliberately dishonest.

All hail term limits.

Most people agree...Doug's behavior is eccentric and sometimes bizarre. It's nothing new. Just ask around.

How were a State Supreme Court Justice and five justices of the Appellate Division who ruled in favor of term limits unable to easily detect "bizarre", "escaped mental patient" behavior, when all they had to do was "ask around", because "most people agree" about it, especially when they had "seasoned", "serious" "real" attorneys arguing against the "bizarre" "escaped mental patient"? That does not seem possible.

The simplest and most likely explanation is that your descriptions are deliberately dishonest, and are becoming more so each time you make them.

Solak and Drazen have accomplished the impossible....they're so diabolically clever that they have systematically fooled and bamboozled, and foiled the grand plans of their much smarter, more sane, more accomplished and more respected and more serious counterparts...leaving them all to wail and gnash their teeth for 8 straight years....culiminating now by forcing Rico Suave Rich David to take himself out of contention for the mayor's office.

All hail term limits? Doug, you're such a schmuck. Unless you want to suffer through another embarrassing defeat, you better start telling people where you are on some issues, and what exactly you're going to do in this city to get it respectable again. Your website has no details on it. Downtown revitalization - how exactly are you going to accomplish this? What is your vision? How are you going to fund it? Two vague sentences about code enforcement and revitalization with absolutely no specifics makes you look like such a chump. You're a lawyer, you should be able to superfluously write about how you're going to make this city better and sway people to vote for you.

No one cares that you were part of a term limits case two decades ago. The judge based the decision on other similar court cases, it's not like you pulled some Perry Mason type victory out of thin air. If that's all you got, you should give up right now.

Apparently the judges didn't easily detect a "schmuck", "chump", and someone who could not write "superfluously"(?), so either they are nowhere near as knowledgeable and insightful as you, or you are being deliberately dishonest.

You're wasting a lot of bandwidth right now in 2013 trying to convince yourself of that...why bother?

How could an "irrelevant" "madman" convince a State Supreme Court Justice, and then 5 justices of New York's second highest court to rule in favor of term limits, especially when there were "seasoned", "serious", "real" attorneys arguing against the "irrelevant" "madman" in both those courts? That doesn't seem possible.

The simplest and most likely explanation, to which no meaningful rebuttal has been made, is that your descriptions are deliberately dishonest.

It's the people of Binghamton who consider Walter an "irrelevant" "madman". Maybe we need review his election campaigns and results. Drazen is not electable as proven be himself.

IF that's the case, why would Rich David decide not to run for office?

Especially is he's so "electable."????

Surely, the alleged actions of "madmen" like Solak and Drazen couldn't possibly persuade such a seasoned, serious and electable candidate from dropping out of the campaign?

If that is what the voters really think, what did they think of NORMA!, whose 2005 campaign holds the record for the most expensive last place finish in Binghamton's electoral history?

Getting 33.5 % of the vote in 2005 and 20.5% in 2009 as an independent candidate in 3-way races, is a respectable showing by any reasonable standard, not evidence of "madness" or "irrelevancy".

Doug, your blog is irrelevant. Three short posts in three years does not make a blog. The sad fact is, if you think your pathetic blog matters it just shows everyone how ill-equipped you are for the job.

Okay, so you have a blog, then POST something on it. Make it relevant. Why are you running for mayor? Where do you stand on key issues? How are you going to fix Binghamton's biggest problems? You say have problems with code enforcement. Well, how are you going to address it? You say you are going to reduce property taxes. How exactly are you going to do that? Anyone can say they are going to revitalize Binghamton, but how are you going to do it? You should be making a post there every day with some good ideas on how to fix Binghamton's issues. Give people hope, and a reason to vote for you.

You got to stop trying to hang your hat on term limits. No one cares. If term limits were still in effect, and you were running for office with an objective to abolish them, then it would be relevant. So you helped twenty years ago when they were abolished. Good for you. Move on. It's not impressing anyone. You are like a sad former high school football hero, that still polishes his football trophy from 20 years ago. Move on.

You took the time to read it, did you not?

Why waste time on an "unelectable mad man"?
