A 40-year-old man was arrested at his home in Saint-Anicet last night on allegations that he had harassed journalists at several media outlets, including The Gazette, CNN and the Globe and Mail. Ed A rzouian faces charges of mischief and criminal harassment, as well as possession of illicit drugs and a loaded <firearm>, said Det.-Sgt. Vincent Rozon of the Montreal police. "It's a new crime but we intend to prosecute people for disturbing computer systems and E-mail harassment - sending 500 E-mails to the same person," Rozon said. If that is what the voters really think, what did they think of NORMA!, whose 2005 campaign holds the record for the most expensive last place finish in Binghamton's electoral history? Well, how are you going to address it? You say you are going to reduce property taxes. How exactly are you going to do that? Anyone can say they are going to revitalize Binghamton, but how are you going to do it? You should be making a post there every day with some good ideas on how to fix Binghamton's issues.
