27 Time World Champions
Can this story get any more bizarre? According to a report by CBS' 60 Minutes, Alex Rodriguez's representatives leaked the names of Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun and one of Rodriguez's own teammates -- Yankee catcher Francisco Cervelli -- to the media as the Biogenesis doping scandal unfolded last winter and spring. http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/mlb/2013/08/16/alex-rodriguez-biogenesis-leak-ryan-braun/2664049/ The Yanks are in Boston tonight You can't make this stuff up

Guest RogerRebuttal
A Rod is a product of baseball... Baseball fans need to watch the farm programs and boycott MLB... They shouldn't be making more money than a doctor, or president etc etc... Greed and public stupidity ruined baseball...

27 Time World Champions
One of my favorite quotes of all-time by the greatest of all-time: I know, but I had a better year than (President Herbert) Hoover." - 1930 Babe Ruth response to his salary of $80,000 being more than the President's $75,

27 Time World Champions
Dempster gets a 5-day suspension so he doesn't miss a start. What's the point of giving a starting pitcher a 5-day suspension? A-Rod and his legal team are preparing a malpractice suit against team doctor Chris Ahmad. A-Rod's camp believes they have evidence showing his hip injury was misdiagnosed last fall. His right hip, which was surgically repaired in 2009, was examined after he complained about discomfort. A-Rod was eventually diagnosed with a labrum tear, a cyst and an impingement in his left hip later in the offseason. He had surgery in January and missed the first four months of the season. So our choices are to believe 1. A-Rod, 2. The Yankees, or 3. Lawyers.

The Wanker
He's 38 and now he's suing MLB? Did he spend the whole quarter billion already? He should just stay home, count his money and shut up. How much would we have to pay him to just go away quietly?

Bud Selig turned a blind eye to McGuire and Sosa in 1998, knowing darn well what they were doing along with well over half the league. He figures if he can nail A-Rod, all will be forgotten before he rides off into the sunset. If A-Rod goes down, I hope he takes Bud with him.
