Unlike most Yankee fans, I don't root against the Mets (as long as they're not playing the Yanks) and hope they can win their 3rd Championship. Hard to believe it's been 29 years since that incredible 1986 World Series. To this day, game 6 is still my all-time favorite. That game 1 loss and error last night may have sealed their fate. Improbable, but not impossible. Love the way this KC team plays small ball. The Yanks could learn a lot from these guys.
