Lady Gaga
Did any one watch the Voice last night? At one point a gentleman was singing. When the judges turned their chairs around, Jennifer Hudson, with an amazed look on her face said "He's white!". Maybe no one else noticed or heard it but it was extremely rasict. What out rage would there have been if another of the judges turned at looked at a contestant and said, he's black? I guess the racist tag only works one way. WolfMan
It was not racist, IMHO. It was an honest reaction. (that I think most of us would have had) Yes, there would have been outrage had the reverse scenario occured as you depicted, but that too would not have been racist, though the community that typically overblows things like that would have been (wrongly) in an uproar. Know what I mean?
M_Sable
It could have been darn near a compliment. Of course, a lot of folks are looking for a race play. Not you, Gaga, at all.
