Plesae as you know other case's please bring them out in the open as to their (DSS-CPS-APS) recklessness. I know many and will expose DSS-CPS-APS right here since the Local media will not! Independent Posted July 23, 2019 Author Report Share Posted July 23, 2019 I will start with this recent incident that was told to me by a father of a child who's been sidelined by CPS (Child Protective Services) and the Family Court system. The Father who i know personally has tried to get custody of his child over and over through Family Court to protect his child. He was ignored by Family Court and CPS multiple times putting his child's life in jeopardy many times. The mother who has been using drugs documented by Police agencies of her activities was ignored by CPS. The mother of the child had been taking the child on her drug runs and making drug deals in front of the child. This putting the child's life in danger. This being told to the father by the child. The father hearing this turns to get help was ignored multiple times by CPS and Family Court. This making the father very upset and frustrated. Officer Al Posted August 16, 2019 Report Share Posted August 16, 2019 There's been lots of talk lately about some unethical actions and behaviors being unearthed at DSS, which involved the targeting of Garo Kachadourian. DSS Attorney Howard Schultz and his staff, former District Attorney Gerald Mollen and former Chenango County District Attorney Joseph McBride are all in question.
