F. Lee Bailey
An employee of the 8th largest global defense contractor, Leonardo SpA, provided a shocking deposition detailing his role in the most elaborate criminal act affecting a US election. Corroborating the DNI Ratcliff’s report of international intrusion, Arturo D’elio outlined the scheme that proved successful in using Leonardo computer systems and military satellites located in Pescara, Italy. Recent reports of a hack at Leonardo now appear to have been an orchestrated cover to mitigate blowback on the corporation which is partially owned by the Italian government. The following affidavit was dropped off at the business of Garo Kachadourian.

Actually, that affidavit has been online for quite some time. Sad to say but ain’t a court in the US that seems interested.

Solak Supporter
The Texas AG’s suit joined by 19 other states was the last clear chance for a court victory. It did not depend on affidavits from foreign nationals, nor were any of its allegations of fact disputed. It was a brilliant legal argument based in the Constitution’s text, and rooted in Supreme Court precedent. Unfortunately, the courage to hear the case was lacking, and the excuse offered for not hearing it was weak.
