Binghamton's child Mayor instructs employees not to answer questions from Councilmember Rebecca Rathmell

Rebecca Rathmell has been appointed to the 6th District Council seat.  She was sworn in last week, and seated by Council at last night's Council work session.  But in one of the most immature tactics in Binghamton history, the mayor instructed his employees not to answer questions from the new Councilmember.  Those who had concerns about Kraham's age have been vindicated, with this silly move Kraham has proven he is not mature enough to be Mayor.
