Town of Vestal Councilman Stephen Donnelly hit with new Lawsuit yesterday (11 active lawsuit) including email exchange where Donnelly states he is filing for Bankruptcy with Vestal attorney .... Glassdoor warns all positive Donnelly reviews are Fake

In an explosive class action lawsuit filed today Vestal councilman Stephen Donnelly has been sued for the 11th time pertaining to his prior company atlas James and has been caught in many lies according to legal docs. 
In an email exchange between Donnelly and his prior customer now Plaintiff Donnelly admitted to hiring vestal attorney Peter Orville to file bankruptcy. 

The plaintiff in this case proved that Donnelly is stalling their refund claiming he’s still in business however the plaintiffs lawyer Alan Pope is representing 4 other litigants against Donnelly including his ex landlord. 
Email Documents show Donnelly admitted he was finished with his construction business and handed over his property keys and sold off his work vehicles including running a story on local media about shutting his business down and shortly after continued to tell the plaintiff in this new lawsuit that he still is open for business.

The Plaintiff has confirmed they are filing a complaint with the Broome county DA’s office, contacted the NYS AG, has given interviews with local and NYC media who is investigating Donnelly and his past customers and including ex employees who Donnelly has not paid. 

Donnelly is using someone named Howard Cintak who claims to be a lawyer helping Donnelly and when confronted by plaintiff of why Cintak was using his personal gmail account to speak about professional business and was requested to provide law credentials by Plaintiff Howard Cintak could not explain.

In fact it is alleged Howard Cintak is Donnelly and would correlate to a previous comment on Reddit that Donnelly is using a fake Alia’s and impersonating another attorney who works for Gmail. 

After searching the NYS law license website for Howard Cintak I can confirm nobody in NYS is licensed by this name Howard Cintak.

What is damaging to Donnelly is that he has been requested to provide where this Plaintiffs $20k refund was deposited and to what escrow account and to this day Donnelly has not provided it to the Plaintiff. 
If commingling funds has occurred with this customers money then this is a serious concern.

 

Also, Glassdoor has put out an advisory on their website that all positive reviews of Donnelly’s marketing company are Fake.

Donnelly and his fiancé were hit with a lawsuit today for over $140K for unpaid tax services and using the tax person as a witness in his divorce case.

what’s going on in vestal? The town board should look into this. Every week it looks like he’s getting hit with lawsuits
