More Vestal corruption: Assessor, Stephen Donnelly & Funky Beez

I have to agree with both sentiments but the second is the most fitting

So now Donnelly is saying his antics are part of an anti bullying campaign?  This is the same Stephen Donnelly who accosted a Binghamton attorney, calling their kids (under the age of 12 at the time) "Fat and ugly".

He’s gotta be the worst marketing broome county has seen. Too bad those lawsuits are catching up to him. I can only imagine what his excuse will be next

Bill "Funky Beez" Stewart has announced he is running for Vestal town board.  There is a lot Bill and his girlfriend Felicia Davis who is the co-owner of Funky Beez have been hiding from the public. Vestal residents will be very interested to hear about the fraud they have been involved in for decades.

How long was Felicia in prison for?  I know she was run out of Pennsylvania and changed her name because of all the fraud she committed down there.  Somewhere near $700,000 in fraud.

I can't wait for Funky Beez to open again. The owners and staff are so nice and friendly and everything there is delicious.
