WolfMan
Heck I was there also and do not remember any opening act. The article says Chicago started 15 minutes after Springsteen departed. Obviously you (and Sleepless it seems) arrived just before the main act and that's why you don't recall an opening act. Just bugs me that some instisted there was no opening act when clearly they arrived after the opening act ended. Sleepless, if you went to the 3rd day of Woodstock would you also claim there were not two opening days? ;-) Just kidding - just funning with you. :-) Wolf

Guest Stretch
Does anyone remember the great outdoor concert that was held in the area where the Binghamton Regency is located now? Tom Petty & The Hearbreakers, Journey, and Riot. It may have been 1977? I was able to sneak a case of beer into the concert grounds that night, among other things. Beautiful weather, awesome concert!
