Smith from Vestal had the most points.(22) Should have kept your mouth shut on this one bud!! Connolly POY I think not. Another FACT Hull is better than Connolly. Better stats overall all year-twice all metro-don't beleive I saw Jon in the paper last year for all metro-did I miss that? Local bball fans think about this...to nite in state tournament intersectional play we have two teams representing sec four...with the specter of a thired perhaps overshadowing both of them.. seton and jc will represent our section...however perhaps due to a teen agers mistake the best of the lot wont... the maine endwell spartans led by poy candidate Maine Man jconnolly played seton and jc a total of four times ...the gritty, gutty spartans won three of them...a seventy five percent winning per centage against possible final four teams... oh but if.....while perhaps the areas best squad , and best player sit at home...their influencewill not.....go sec four.. In fact, he can not play D-3 in NY, he will need to go south to play at all. He is not a college caliber athlete. Why would he leave New York state and go play in the south where they actually have athletes? Torto's cousin played at RIT and Tommy will be way better than Jimmy was. Torto's cousin played at RIT and Tommy will be way better than Jimmy was. Because D-3 in NY is better than in the south, so "Tommy" may have a chance to make a team down there. We'll see. Safe choice...even deserving.. but did not do enough.. jconnolly of maine endwell should be the choice...The lack of a super player means the player chosen should have done a super job for his team.That team should of had super moments...me beating jc twice... norwich once..seton once...and hulls cv once are super moments for his team...jc and seton got to inter sectional play.. jconnolly lit both of them up... jconnolly instrumental in besting hulls cv on way to dwi crown,,,did any body except jconnolly... drop thirty five..on a sectional champ?? 15 wins...tied for div.. one sectional win...dwi champ...Maine Man jconnolly poy... The difference in the teams is and was jconnolly... the same player who scored 35 and 25 against sec four champ jc.. jconnollys team won 15 games they were only beaten when they played without stocks one game and without jconnolly for most of another..Anumber of good candidates, not did as much when it mattered most..jconnolly poy...
