Florida Woman Whose Family Sued Hospital for Ivermectin Dies

The suit was rejected by a county circuit judge. Ryan Drock, husband,  told the Examiner, "If she had walked out of the hospital, she could have had the medication." She was 47.

Perhaps people need to stop turning to Newsmax for information. This is from the story linked by Thomas:
He filed the lawsuit last month in an attempt to force the hospital to treat his wife with ivermectin, which is used to treat horses infected with parasitic worms and has not been approved as a treatment for COVID-19 by the Food and Drug Administration.

Perhaps the great and powerful beacon of truth Newsmax is unaware that Ivermectin has been prescribed to humans for decades and is considered one of the world's most reliable human medications.

:) lol, Here we go! 'Cause Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance companies don't want to pay $500.00 a pill! Convalescent plasma and remdesivir aren't cheap either!

Dr. Paul Marik: "Patients at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital are Dying Needlessly."

Lawsuit filed as hospital handcuffs doctors' ability to save dying COVID-19 patients.

The Complaint filed today in the Circuit Court for the City of Norfolk, Virginia states that Sentara Healthcare is “preventing terminally ill COVID patients from exercising their right to choose and to receive safe, potentially life-saving treatment determined to be appropriate for them by their attending physician.”

Court orders Virginia hospital to allow outside physician to provide ivermectin to covid-19 patient

The hospital had argued that the outside physician offering to administer ivermectin to Davies was not qualified to care for patients in an ICU setting and that its own physicians had refused to prescribe the drug. However, the court sided with the family and said the hospital cannot stop a patient from using ivermectin to fight covid-19...

Earlier this year, before vaccine shots were widely and easily accessible to the public, a judge in New York State said a hospital should let an 80-year-old covid patient be treated with ivermectin, the Buffalo News reported. The patient, who had been on a ventilator and “literally on her death bed,” recovered, the family of the patient said.
