Donnelly by far is the winner here. he has racked up countless lawsuits, accrued 5 lawsuits out of Kings county NY from various funding companies related to taking out loans to fund his now defunct construction company with damages if proven in court to about 300K-400K and is being alleged by all five funding companies for changing checking accounts to stop repayment to them, Donnelly has been hit with another lawsuit this month for 305k in damages from his landlord after not pay rent for 4 months straight and owing future rent payments according to the suit, has multiple other lawsuits from past customers for not completing construction work and one customer has obtained a 14k judgment against Donnelly, Donnelly went on bob Joseph’s talk show and said his property taxes are paid when they are past due, and got arrested this year for fighting another man outside his kids elementary school where he was found to be the aggressor according to the Broome Sheriffs report and was overheard yelling at his mother that he will “bury her” and then Donnelly went on social media blaming his arrest on his “childhood adoption” and told everyone on Facebook not to worry because a lawsuit was coming his mothers way. I think this takes the cake oh and Donnelly was one of the council members who voted to overpay Chief John butler by $200k to avoid a lawsuit that never was.
