Closed the day before Easter (not a New York holiday)? Weekly closures at the satellite offices in Conklin, Harpursville, Triangle and Windsor, for various reasons. This year my company decided we get no days off for Christmas, since it's on a Sunday. broome county employee Posted October 4, 2022 Report Share Posted October 4, 2022 Federal holidays are usually floaters in the county. The city of Binghamton actually gets more holidays than we do. If the county clerk wanted to keep the DMV open on Columbus Day or the Saturday before he could do that. Other county services are offered on Columbus Day.
